Personal information is collected and held by Saatchi & Saatchi, 70 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney, NSW on behalf of the Roads & Traffic Authority, 260 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, NSW to conduct the competition and to send road safety information to participants. Anonymised and de-identified gender and age information will be used by the RTA to analyse usage patterns for the site. The names of some or all winners will also be published on this website. Personal information will only be disclosed or used for other purposes where permitted by the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. Individuals have a right to access or correct their own personal information by contacting the RTA at the above address.
